OakLink Events is a Kuala Lumpur event management agency with one obsession: experiences that mean something — to the guests who attend them and the brands that host them.
Eleven years, four hundred events, zero shortcuts
OakLink began in 2015 as a two-person studio producing product launches for tech startups around Bangsar South. Word spread the old-fashioned way — events that ran on time, budgets that held, guests who raved. Today we are a team of fourteen planners, designers and producers in Bukit Bintang, delivering conferences, activations and celebrations across Malaysia.
What hasn't changed is how we work: strategy before styling, one accountable producer per project, and the belief that a great event should feel effortless to everyone except us.

Small enough to care, senior enough to deliver
Every OakLink project is led by a producer with at least six years of show experience, supported by in-house designers and a production coordinator. We deliberately cap the number of events we take each month so the team that pitches your event is the team standing beside you on show day.
